to Deliver Seamless Courtesy Transportation Experiences

Connexion OnDemand, powered by Uber, will be available to  all General Motors dealerships in the US and Canada 

Detroit, Michigan – November 11, 2024 – Connexion Mobility, in collaboration with Uber Technologies and General Motors, is set to improve the way GM dealerships manage their courtesy transportation operations.  Seamless Courtesy Transportation Experiences 

 In this collaboration, Connexion’s technology – already operational at thousands of US GM dealerships – will power a seamless experience for dealers by enabling ridehail within on-track.  

 Connexion OnDemand enables dealers to easily book, manage, track, automate and report Uber rides – all within on track. Customers are then able to manage their journey via SMS or the Uber app, delivering a seamless customer experience. 

 Connexion OnDemand not only enhances the customer experience, but ensures that dealerships capture their full warranty claim entitlement automatically, quickly, and with virtually no administrative effort or audit risk.  

 Furthermore, dealerships will enjoy efficiencies from OnDemand’s Smart Dispatch Engine, and a combined, comprehensive view of their courtesy activities, across all modes of transportation.
