Aaryn Nania

Managing Director & CEO

Aaryn serves as the CEO of Connexion Mobility, and has been a Director of the Company since 2018.

Prior to Connexion, Aaryn co-founded Lucerne Investment Partners – an active, long-term investor in both listed and unlisted companies globally.

Prior to Lucerne, Aaryn was a Portfolio Manager at Canadian investment bank Canaccord Genuity, where he established and successfully managed the Absolute Return Portfolio.

Over the years, Aaryn has developed active Board experience across various listed and unlisted public companies, spanning medical retail, financial services and technology.  

Aaryn holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Tasso Koutsovasilis

Chief Operating Officer

Tasso is the COO of Connexion Telematics, having grown into the role since joining Connexion in 2014.

Since July 2018, Tasso has led Connexion’s successful execution of OnTRAC – a SaaS solution for General Motors, and the Company’s flagship CXZTRAC platform.

Prior to Connexion, Tasso had over 7 years’ experience in commercial sales for a global automotive Tier 1 supplier, and 7 years’ engineering experience in safety critical engineering systems. His experience includes bringing new technology to the market with a focus on customer engagement and profitability.

A results-driven technical systems professional, Tasso’s skills include Scaled Agile Engineering, Lean, Six Sigma and Miller Heiman practices.

Tasso holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mech), an MBA from Monash University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ben Stanyer

Chief Financial Officer

Ben is the Chief Financial Officer of Connexion Telematics.

Ben is a Chartered Accountant (CA), with technical and leadership experience from his work, both in industry and as an Auditor.

Prior to joining Connexion, Ben was Executive Manager – Finance and Assets at CVGT Australia and oversaw all Finance and Facilities related activities. His experience at CVGT Australia includes implementing a new Finance system, managing multiple departments through a merger and reviewing processes for efficiencies.

As an Auditor, Ben worked at Ernst & Young with a diverse client base across multiple industry sectors. Prior to Ernst & Young, Ben was an Auditor at AFS & Associates where he gained experience as both an External and Internal Auditor.

Mo Adnan

Chief Technology Officer

Mo is the Chief Technology Officer of Connexion, having joined the company in November 2023.

With over 20 years of experience in software engineering, Mo has been instrumental in driving Connexion’s engineering advancements and fostering a strong engineering culture that supports the company’s growth.

Before Connexion, Mo held leadership roles where he led engineering teams at large-scale enterprises and spearheaded digital transformations in the automotive industry. He also brought his expertise to logistics and worked on complex, scalable software platforms for major technology companies.

A results-driven technology leader, Mo’s skills encompass advanced management practices and strategic technology deployment.

Mo holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Portsmouth (UK), advanced certifications from AWS and Microsoft, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA.

Tony Vigiletti

VP of Sales

Tony is Connexion’s VP of Sales, based out of Detroit, Michigan. Having previously operated as an OEM customer of Connexion’s, Tony joined the Connexion team in 2021.

Prior to Connexion, Tony has over 10 years of fleet telematics and connected vehicle experience. Tony previously worked at Sirius XM Connected Vehicle Services in different business development roles.

Prior to Sirius XM, Tony worked at General Motors and OnStar as a Product Manager for Fleet Connected Services. At General Motors, Tony partnered with Connexion to build and launch two national fleet management programs.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Arts (General Management) and an MBA from Michigan State University.

Robert Downey

Non-Executive Chairman

Robert is a qualified solicitor who has practised mainly in areas of international resources law, corporate law and initial public offerings as well as mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience as an advisor, founder and director of various ASX, TSX and AIM companies companies. Robert is currently a partner at Dominion Legal.

Gregory Ross

Non-Executive Chairman

Greg is currently an Investor and Advisor for several Connected Car businesses, working as an
independent consultant and as Connected Car Practice Lead for the industry’s premier automotive
consultancy, motormindz LLC.

Based in Detroit, Greg is widely considered an expert in the Connected Car industry, and the activation of
this technology through new and innovative business models. Greg’s experience is founded on a 31-year
career with General Motors, where he built and managed an extensive, multi-million-dollar global portfolio
of strategic alliances for GM’s Connected Car business, including Wireless Carriers, Satellite Radio
Broadcasters, Insurance Carriers, Streaming Music Providers, Fleet Management companies, Car Rental
companies, Car Sharing services, App Developers, and many others.

Greg was also instrumental in the growth and scaling of GM’s OnStar business. Prior to his work in
Connected Car, Greg’s General Motors career included leadership roles in Corporate Strategy, Product
Development, Product Marketing, and Retail Network Development. Greg holds a Master’s Degree in
Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.

Sam Baker Connexion

Sam Baker serves as the Managing Partner of MobilityFund, a venture capital firm focusing on early-stage investments in disruptive technologies in the transportation sector, including connectivity, autonomy, sharing, and electrification. MobilityFund is backed by global automotive and energy companies, with a portfolio spanning Europe and the Americas.

Before assuming his role at MobilityFund, Sam co-founded Wunder Mobility, a leading software provider for vehicle sharing operators worldwide. Sam played a key role in transformative projects at Wunder, ranging from pivoting from a B2C business model to enterprise SaaS to managing several large funding rounds and facilitating M&A transactions.

Currently residing in California, Sam has lived and worked in Europe and Latin America for more than half of his life, providing him with the opportunity to comfortably speak four languages. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a Minor in Music from Santa Clara University in Silicon Valley.

Nick Kephala

Non-Executive Chairman

Nick Kephala is a full-time capital allocator and the executive director of Graham Newman Pty Ltd, a private investment company based in Melbourne. He owned and operated a family business before selling it to an ASX 100 company in 2019.
Nick has been a long-term shareholder of Connexion and brings his significant business and financial skills to the Board, with a particular focus on superior capital allocation and a fanatical approach to customer service. As a representative of Graham Newman Pty Ltd, Nick is a non-independent director.
